Duy San is a Senior Lawyer at FCG Legal where he oversees the firm’s Migration Law Team. He lectures in and assists in the preparation of teaching materials for the Graduate Diploma in Migration Law at Victoria University.

Duy assists clients with complex migration matters and has extensive experience across all areas of migration law. His work covers a wide range of issues, including, but not limited to visa cancellation cases involving Business visas, Student visas, Skilled Migration, Family visas, Partner visas and cancellations on Character grounds. He also advises on character and health assessments, citizenship refusals on character grounds, and refusals under PIC 4020. In addition, Duy frequently represents registered migration agents in responding to the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority notices as well as acts for migration agents in responding to complaints made by their clients. He regularly appears on behalf of clients before the Administrative Review Tribunal and assists with judicial review before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, Federal Court of Australia, the Full Federal Court and High Court of Australia. Duy is also a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
